Why is my latest post not picked up by search engines an why doesn't my featured

  My latest post (waarheen met de woede) on hansschnitzler.wordpress.com is not being picked up by search engines. Also when i share this particular post, via linkedin, the featured image doesn´t appear. I haven´t changed my privacy settings. Any idea?
