Why is my ' Leave reply' box not showing on ALL of my pages?

    The reply box is not showing on all my pages. Its only showing on 2 of my 3 pages. Originally, I had an intro static page for my first page, then I moved my ‘post page’ to the front page instead.
    Then, I noticed the ‘leave reply’ box wasn’t showing at the bottom of the page as normal , BUT if I clicked on my ‘post’ directly from the sidebar…the ‘leave reply’ box is visible ….just not when I have it set as the FRONT PAGE.
    Why is this???
    Does the ‘META’ settings have anything to to with it? Because I marked them to NOT be visible on my page
