Why is my "like" button not showing up on my blog?

  Just FYI, yes, it is checked on my “sharing” admin page…just in case you wonder about that! It SOMETIMES shows up…like maybe I’ve seen it once or twice. But it is not there regularly and not even on someone else’s computer…as in, not the one I normally use/admin from. One friend said she clicked it yesterday then couldn’t see it today when we looked together. So…can you help me have it there all the time?!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
