Why is my mailchimp signup form not displaying correctly?

  My mailchimp signup form is not displaying correctly – I pasted my HTML into the text box and it displays correctly UNTIL I update the page. When I update, the form is converted back to code.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
