Why is my main page not displaying the title of the top article?

  I just wrote a new post and from the main page the title does not display. From the anchor link it does display, however there are a few page breaks between the title and the text that don’t belong. Please advise.

  You set your post format as “Status” rather than “Standard.”

  You can change that by editing your post.

  “Status” is designed for much shorter posts, like Tweets, so they don’t display titles.
