Why is my new domain not displaying correctly in google search results?

I just upgraded to the registered domain: “http://lakemohawkestates.com/” – from the previous free version, which was “http://lakemohawkestates.wordpress.com/”.

When I google “lakemohawkestates.com” the domain appears at the top of the list, but the title link says “lakemohawkestates.com Coming Soon!”, and the description underneath reads:

“This domain is for sale! If you wish to make an offer, please contact (email visible only to moderators and staff). lakemohawkestates.com. This page is parked free, courtesy of …”

When you click on the link, it browses to my site correctly; however, I want to get rid of this inaccurate description and the “Coming Soon!” in the link. Will this take a few days to change? Any ideas?

Interestingly, two results down, is the link to my old domain: “http://lakemohawkestates.wordpress.com/” – The title link is “Lake Mohawk Estates”, and the description is:

“Welcome to Lake Mohawk. A Blue Jewel, Nestled in the Mountains of Northern New Jersey Continue reading…”

This is the right one! I’d really like the newly registered, “lakemohawkestates.com” to have this appearance in the search results! Will this ever change? Will it require fresh hits on the site? Is there anything I can do? I’m in real estate and appearance is very important.

Thank you very much!! I love your services and am so thankful for it!

It may take a few days or weeks for Google and other search engines to reflect the domain change.
