Why is my personal plan going to cost more than $4/mo?

  Hello, I was planning on purchasing a WordPress personal plan, which I see is $4/mo billed annually on your home website. The friends and relatives who use WordPress corroborate this price, yet when I try to sign up for, it says I’ll owe$13/mo billed annually for the personal plan. Why? Is this a glitch? Could you please help me fix it. I was going to sign up tonight using the [redacted by staff] coupon, but this problem is making it so I won’t be able to use it before it expires. Are you able to extend that offer for when we get this worked out? Thank you!

  The prices on your account are shown in Turkish Liras, not in US Dollars, and everything looks correct when I check your cart.
