why is my posts page for blogs is showing pages too?

My front page is static and posts are meant to go to my posts page called ‘hand reading tips’. All of a sudden, all my pages are showing up in that posts only page. I don’t know how to fix it, I’ve searched all my settings and it seems that all is well, but it’s not. I do not want the pages included in the posts only page. Can anyone help please? Thank you so much.

These forums only provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
