Why is my renewal bill $99?

  My website is up for renewal in a few days and I want the CSS this time. So my payment due should be $60. Please advise.

  I believe that’s an error in our notice. The renewal should be just $30.

  If you’re concerned, we can disable auto-renew so you can renew manually. Would you like us to do that?
