Why is my site down ?

Why isn’t my website showing up ? … one of my domains expired but my main one is still good for another year and on ‘auto renew’ there should be no reason my site goes down, my main domain is active and paid for. My main domain is “www.MermaidsofHawaii.com” I checked and its okay, however an older domain “www.HawaiiMermaids.com” expired and now my site is down…

Would you like me to cancel and remove hawaiimermaids.com from your account (you may not be able to re-register the domain for a few month), or were you planning to renew it at a later date (it will expire permanently in a week)?

Umm, it sounds like you didn’t read my issue. Sure cancel/get rid of “HawaiiMermaids.com” ….I didn’t care that one expired. MY issue is that I still have my main domain of “MermaidsofHawaii.com” good and paid for, on auto renew, etc. so why is my website down ?? If it type in “MermaidsofHawaii.com” my site should come up fine but its not, a page comes up that says my site expired because of the secondary domain. Why does it do this ?

Sorry, I should have clarified. The expired domain needs to be removed in order to remove the notice. I just wanted to make sure that you were ok with removing it.
