Why is my site down? Unable to access admin.

  • Unknown's avatar

I can’t access my site at all. Not through wp admin, nothing. I get the same error message even when trying to check out my site on front and back end.
‘Composer detected issues in your platform. Your composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.2.5’. You are running 7.0.33.
    What does that even mean??
For the record I’ve had this site for less than a month so nothing expired domain or server wise. It’s so frustrating. :(

  • Hi there,

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

Please contact support for the composer plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
