why is my site invisible?

When I try to view “whattheom.wordpress.com” there’s nothing but a blank page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like you’ve setup the custom domain whattheom.com on your site so your WordPress.com URL is automatically redirecting to whattheom.com. For this to work correctly, you’ll need to login to the registrar where you purchased whattheom.com and change the name servers to point to WordPress.com as instructed here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#how-to-change-your-name-servers
Can you give that a try? That should clear up the issue!

I did that already. I contacted fatcow and troubleshooted before I tried here. This isn’t the first time things have disappeared. :(

As a temporary solution, I’ve changed the primary domain to your .wordpress.com URL here:
https://whattheom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
For the domain whattheom.com to work correctly, you will need to change the name servers. When you say you contacted FatCow and tried to troubleshoot there first, were you unable to change the name servers on your domain? It looks like they have instructions here:
