Why is my site not appearing?

  Hello, I thought I had previously transferred my domain, tastebu.com, to Squarespace, however today the site stopped functioning. I believe we completed the transfer process correctly, so can you tell me what’s going on?

  Hey there, Samantha,

  I am showing that while your domain used to be registered with us, it no longer resides on our servers. Because of this, I do not have access to your files, and can’t thoroughly troubleshoot the issue for you.

  Our records do show that you set up a domain transfer from WordPress.com over a month ago. To whom did you transfer your domain? You should contact your new domain host’s support team and ask the status of tastebu.com.
