Why is my site not the most recent version?

    Hi! My credit card number got changed and I forgot to update it. I didn’t see the emails from you about that. So my site is now down. I would like to pay for my site and have it back up again.

    Before I do, I want to ask about the site, because it looks like it has devolved to the design/content that was there many many revisions ago. Where are the more recent files?

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of http://jazztpt.wordpress.com?

    When your Business Plan on that site expired, your site was reverted back to the free plan, so your custom theme and plugins were all removed.

    We no longer offer the Business Plan, but you can get the same features on our cheaper Pro plan, so go to Upgrades ->Plans and upgrade to that plan.

    Once you have the plan, open a new support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact. That should connect you to our email/live chat support team who can help you restore a backup of the site from before the Business Plan was removed.
