Why is my site title not appearing on my mobile device?

  I am using the Hemingway Rewritten Theme and tried using the mobile-friendly option. My site subtitle (“Whole Foods Nutrition & Wellness”) shows up but there is no site title (it should read “The Grateful Grazer”). How can I get my site’s title to show on mobile devices?

  Hi Steph,

  Your site’s header text is white, so the site title is showing up white (against the mobile theme’s white background). You can change that under Appearance > Mobile in your site’s WP Admin dashboard. Next to “Turn off the Custom Header text color?” you can choose “Yes” to use the mobile theme’s default black header text for your site’s title there.

  I also want to note that the Hemingway Rewritten theme is designed to be mobile-friendly without that mobile-specific theme, so you don’t need to use that theme unless you prefer it to the way the theme looks on mobile devices. :) Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
