Why is my site's bookmark coming out too long (double-length)?

When I “Bookmark This Page” either in Firefox or Internet Explorer, its bookmark name shows up as this:
NoNameYet Fellowship Chat online A.A.NoNameYet Fellowship Chat online A.A.
What is wrong and how can that be corrected?

That is a WordPress.ORG, not a WordPress.COM blog, so you need to be at their forums for help with that.

Can you give me a link to WordPress.org forums or support? I have looked and looked, but my site’s support button only leads me to here.

YOur log-in here and your log-in there are totally separate things. You do not need this log-in at all.
