Why is my sticky post not showing in my slider for the Oxygen theme?

  For some reason the post I just published this morning is not showing up in my slider even though I made it sticky. I have the Oxygen theme and the link to the post is…

  Featured Slider
  The Showcase Page template offers a featured slider for up to six Sticky Posts that have a Featured Image at least 750 pixels wide. Keep in mind: if you mark a post as Sticky but the featured image is less than 750 pixels wide, then it won’t display in the slider and will still disappear from the river of posts. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/oxygen/

  Perfect…thanks, Time Thief! I always use larger pix, but occasionally my guest bloggers bring something a bit smaller. :)

  Hi Friends,
  I need help in the following things in Blissful blog theme or Oxygen theme.
  1. Set Slider (of 7-8 sticky posts) and Table on Home page. Table with Images and text which links to other pages/posts.
  2. Show only initial content instead of full content of each post (with Read more button)
  3. Customize the Title & text that appear with Slider.
  Can you help please?
