Why is my topic 'blank (white) page with 'W' in the middle' closed? There is no

  There are some functions in my blog that don’t work. (‘Bearbeiten’ vom Beitrag ausgehend, … die verbesserte Art, Beiträge zu erstellen, etc.) I asked my problem 1 month ago, but there was no answer, and now the topic is ‘closed’. Why?

  The problem is still not solved. I tried a different browser – didn’t help.
  Even if I want to contact the “happiness engineers”: when clicking “get help” it sends me to the same

  white page with “W”

  in the middle.
  Please help!!
