Why is my upgrade for premium unavailable?

  I would like to upgrade my blog, so I don’t have adds. But an upgrade to premium is unavailable. How come? An upgrade it to business (more expensive), I can do.

  Can anybody explain me why this is?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you go to the store you can not buy?:
  https://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/

  Maybe you have an upgrade (custom domain).

  That’s it! i had to shut down another upgrade. After that: It was possible to go to premium. Thanks!

  Hi,

  I have the same problem as Angela described. I have several free blogs and all of them, except the one I would like to upgrade, are possible to upgrade to premium.

  The blog I would like to upgrade is http://karlskronastadslopp.wordpress.com

  I don´t understand what I need to do?

  @walsangela: I’m glad you were able to upgrade in the end! After looking over your account, I see that you purchase domain mapping in April. I’ve gone ahead to refund you the $13 for this as your plan comes with a free domain credit.
