Why is my upgrade still ‘pending’?

  I purchased credits for 1 GB additional space 2 days ago, and my paypal payment is still ‘pending’. How long, till I can upload pictures again?

  I would send a support request in on that one as staff would have to help you if it is a backend issue or help out if the payment had problems. Make sure you give them as much detail as you can and provide them with a copy of all information you have from paypal about your payment.

  If your account at paypal says pending, it typically means they have not completed the payment to WordPress yet.

  Trent, I wish I could contact support, but it’s apparently ‘temporarily closed’. I got confirmation email from Paypal, so I don’t understand why it’s still ‘pending’…

  In my experience with paypal, sometimes payments are listed as “pending” until the funds clear. Why this is, I don’t know. Sometimes my payments go through immediately and at paypal it will indicate “completed” and sometimes it takes a few days and will say “pending.”

  tsp is exactly right – it says “Pending Paypal transaction:” here.
  The minute it clears the credits are there – that part is automated.

  Thank you everyone! I was used to my paypal transactions clearing like THAT. Supposedly it will clear by Sunday afternoon.
