I have a MacBook Pro using Google Chrome. How it worked all this time and just suddenly stopped working? I’ve upgraded to Premium and that didn’t help. I cleared the cookies and cache. What else?
-
Upgrading is not relevant.
Please provide this specific information:
Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/ -
-
Thanks for that version number. Please be patient while waiting for Staff help.
Frankly, I would download Firefox from https://browsehappy.com and use it while waiting.

Oh good! You are up and running. I don’t have an answer re: Chrome 45.0.2454.93 but Staff may have one when they respond here.

Hi @elizawaters2013, I’m using Chrome on Mac too without any trouble, so I’m guessing you’ve got a plugin or extension that’s causing an issue.
You could try testing using an Incognito window, too: File > New Incognito Window. Log into WordPress and test to see if your comment drop-down works.
Let me know what you find out!
