Why is my visual link not working?

  I inserted a visual link exactly how the tutorial said to however it is not directing viewers to the external link, but to a wordpress page explaining different blogs. Could you please tell me how I can fix this problem so that viewers are getting directed to the correct page.

  I did now;). I also read a few other options I can go about, which really confuse me but for now at least this question is answered. Thanks for your response.
