It also seems accessible only to me. Sorry to seem dumb ( I’m totally new to this ) but I’ve followed instructions to clear my caches and cookies. How do people other than me actually access my site?

There are over 190 themes to choose from and you chose one that’s “black & grey and very hard to read”. Howvwer, you can chnage it. Visit the Themes Showcase http://theme.wordpress.com/ and view the themes, read their descriptions and view them on the live demo site. When you find one you like better activate it on your blog. Choose another theme and ctivate it here > Appearance > Themes
How do people other than me actually access my site?
They type in this URL http://wrestlingswithgod.wordpress.com/ into their upper browser bar and click the “enter” key and then they are viewing your blog.
