Why is my website blank and I can't sign in after I uploaded a new theme?

  I uploaded a new theme for my website and now when I try to go to my sign in page for wordpress it the page is blank. Also when I go to my website it’s blank.

  I was trying out different themes and when I applied one my page froze and then since then every time is blank.
