Why is my website comes up as a blank page after changing theme?

I have changed my theme recently and since then my whole website is been blank. I cannot access anything. even the dashboard. nothing. everything to do with my website is blank.
it says it needs to upgrade jetpack 3.3 (I don’t know what that is) but when I press the upgrade button it again goes to a blank page.
PLEASE HEEEELP

That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG and need support for that site in the future and if you do not have a WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
