Why is my WordPress.com site overall loading speed so slowly?

  Hi everyone,

  I have noticed my WordPress.com site has started loading really slowly, especially on the home page. Sometimes it takes 6–8 seconds to fully load, even when I test on different browsers and internet connections.
  
  Here is the URL for my website: https://snowdaypro.com/, you can check it on your side as well. Though, I tried to fix some technical issues but its speed is not getting improved. May be it is due to some theme related issue. I dont know, as I am totally confused now.

  I checked your site and it appears to be a self-hosted WordPress site (not hosted on WordPress.com).

  For troubleshooting speed issues on your self-hosted site, you’ll get better support at:

  • WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/
  • Your hosting provider’s support team – they can check server performance
  • Your theme/plugin developers if you suspect those are causing issues
