Why is my WordPress site showing only code on some, not all, posts. And some bro
-
Some, not all, posts are showing only code. I have deactivated all plugins and switched back on. Problem was fixed, then came back. Changed theme, no effect. It only seems to be affecting a few posts.

Hello @mprictorbigpondcom looks like the server cached your page. If you try adding a ?*cachebuster* at the end of your page’s URL, the issue is resolved by forcing the browser to serve the uncached version of your page.

To fix the issue, you will need to clear your site’s cache, here’s the guide:
I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

Thank you!
I had to do it slightly differently for Siteground
- Siteground dashboard – select ‘’Speed’
- select ‘Caching’
- Select ‘Dynamic Cache’
- Select ‘Flush cache’
then went to WordPress editor and clicked ‘Purge SG cache’
I also cleared browser caches.
It all seems to have worked! Do I need to do this on a regular basis? Or just when I notice a problem?

Hey Mike,
I recommend you turning off the caching on your Siteground account (if it’s provisioned) while you are actively working on your site. That way, you won’t run into the same caching issue again.
Hope that helps.

ok, the problem is not fixed. The pages work sometimes on some browsers, but now more pages are going to a page of code rather than the webpage.
I have switched off the caching options in Siteground, flushed the cache, and clicked purge SG cache on the WordPress dashboard.
what else can I do?
this has onk6 happened in last week.
