Hi there, these support forums are volunteer-run, but if you need a staff reply in the future, feel free to add the modlook tag in the Tags area.
I see that timethief, one of the forum volunteers, has already helped you out in your original thread, but if you do still need staff assistance, just add the tag and we’ll have a look.

I pick up new software/platforms pretty quickly, but this modlook tag thing sound like Japanese to me… Never ever heard of that before. What I mean by not being impressed is that there was no way for me to figure out how to get in touch with support staff when the volunteers did not respond… taking for granted that I would know of this modlook tag option is not exactly being user friendly.
