Why is only one of my parent categories appearing in the category widget?

    Hi there,

    I’ve added several categories in the categories menu under ‘Posts’, but only one parent category is appearing on my category widget. Why is this please?!

    I’ve trawled the support information and videos but cannot find anything about how to add categories.

    For a category to appear in the category widget, it will need to be connected to at least one post.

    Right now, you’ve only published posts with two separate assigned categories, Video Interviews and Rich Media. As you continue to publish and use the categories you’ve already created, they will appear in your Category Widget.
