why is Premium purchase locked when I try to buy?

The site smhsoliveoilfestival.com is 1 day late renewing the premium package, so got directed to the Store to repurchase, but the option says the site already has the premium package active–what is going on?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you logged in in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

Thanks for the reminder ‘timethief’ about exact username on account–
hadn’t touched the site in a long while and forgot it had a unique name setup outside of own account. Once signed in correctly got renewed and transferred to client, (whew).
