Why is reader unable to enter info to follow my blog?

  A reader commented that she is unable to enter information to set up for following my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot assist anyone without knowing what their computing environment is. What is the operating system? Browser and version? What are the browser settings, etc. are all information we need. Does this person have a WordPress.com username account? If so what is the username?

  I clicked the link and this is what happened:

  Click to follow this blog and receive notifications of new posts by email.

  Dashboard > Settings > Reading
  Follower Settings
  These settings change emails sent from your blog to followers.
  Logged out users __ Show follow button to logged out users.

  Checking this will present a follow button to logged out users in the bottom corner of their screen.
