Why is scheduling not working?

Hi, I am using Mailpoet for a particular newsletter out of WordPress. Has been working fine with scheduling for the past couple of months. Now it goes out whenever it wants to, usually about 18 hours later. Any suggestions why? And yes, I’ve checked all the settings for timezone to see if anything accidentally reset itself. Nothing has changed. SO frustrating!!! Thank you (ps has nothing to do with blog url that is requested below)

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
