Why is 'snow' falling on some of my screens in WordPress?

  Why am I getting ‘snow’ falling on some of my screens? On my home screen and on some that I am viewing while logged in.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you don’t like it, feel free to uncheck the “Snow” box in your Account Settings: https://wordpress.com/#!/settings/

  After you disable snow, you will want to clear your browser cache so your aren’t viewing a cached copy: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies
