why is so difficult to contact the support team

    im trying to contact WordPress support if they have because they have the contact information very hidden and it only give me the link to this form, I want to solve my webpage problem because I can’t open it and even update or edit the site while im paying my domain here.

    I want to know why I am receiving a pop up when I try to access bcumarketing.com like the site is being used to take al the money information from the users. I can’t even customize it.

    Hey there, is bcumarketing.com your site? That’s running a free (DIY) copy of the code for WordPress. It doesn’t come with a dedicated support staff, but it has a great community forum over at WordPress.org.

    For what it’s worth, I don’t see a popup there. If you can’t access the site and it is yours, can you ask your host (Bluehost) for help resetting your password?
