Why is table of contents in bottom of theme in mobile and android version?

  Hi!
  I have the twenty eleven theme. And in the mobile version you have to scroll like crazy to find my categories at the bottom of page.

  I really want my categories at the top, so people can find the way around my blog easy.

  Is this possible and if so how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’m afraid that the way our mobile sites are designed, widgets are always placed at the bottom of your site. I do notice that you have found how to enable the mobile version of the site, so that the menu bar will always appear at the top. That was going to be one of my other suggestions, to see if you liked that interface better than your blog’s native mobile version.

  Other than that there isn’t much which we can suggest!
