Why is Tagging and Scheduling Post not loading or working?

    When posting a blog I can add “header” and “contents” and “publish”, but if I try to add a “tag” or “Schedule Post” for the future, those fields are not loading. Try as I may, it won’t allow me to enter anything – even if I let the page try to load for awhile.

    This problem started occurring yesterday (possibly as early as Friday in talking with my co-workers who also post to this blog), up until then I was able to do both with no issue. I tried again today in hopes that it would be resolved, but the same problem persists. In hope of solving this on my own, I’ve tried refreshing the page, logging on and off, using both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome browsers and restarting my machine. Any suggestions or assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Alyssa,

    Just to double-check, are you consistently unable to schedule a post and add tags at any time? Additionally, when you say that the fields aren’t loading, do they appear to be loading, i.e. a spinning circle appears in their place, or do they simply not show up at all?

    Would you also be able to let me know what version of Internet Explorer you’re using, as well as your operating system?

    Do you have any type of antivirus software or firewalls active on your computer?

    Since it sounds like you’re mostly updating your blog from work, could you try adding tags and scheduling a post from your home computer?
