Why is the Add Media button not functioning?

  I added the text for a new post and then clicked the “Add Media” button to upload an image. But nothing happens. This is the first time I have had that problem. Also, boxes in the expanded menu to the left overlap with the area of the text of the new post and with the “Add Media” button. I have tried clearing the cache and other steps suggested in the help pages, but I still cannot get it to work. I even restarted the computer, but have the same problem. Please help.

  Hi there,

  It looks like you’re writing in to us from an older version of Internet Explorer which we don’t support any longer. Have you tried logging in from a more recent version, or from a different browser? Let me know how that works out for you. If it doesn’t, we’ll give something else a try!
