why is the article picture hidden behind tags?

  Hello, i´m using the expound theme and the sticky post option, but when i activate it for more than one post (article) the article picture is hidden behind the tags – as you can see here:

  How can i change this in order that only the article picture is shown?

  Hello!

  I think the issue is that the expound theme best works with only a couple tags. What would happen if you deleted some of the tags associated with the posts? Would it make the article more visible?
  If so, that is a good thing as WordPress recommends having as few as 5 tags associated with the article.

  first of all thx for the quick response!
  unfortunately it didn´t work out !
  i edited some post in order to reduce the number of tags down to 5
  but that only made the tag bar smaller…but still visible!
  but it only occurs on from post no. 2 to 5. the topmost post (the latest) is ok with NO tags !

  Once again: How can i get rid of the tags / tag bar?

  The correct answer is you can’t remove the tags on the front page.

  Go to https://kennzeichene.files.wordpress.com//wp-admin/customize.php
  In the customizer note this:

  Easily feature all posts with the “featured” tag or a tag of your choice. Your theme supports up to 5 posts in its featured content area.
  Tag name
  __ Hide tag from displaying in post meta and tag clouds.
  __ Display tag content in all listings.

  ok thx. i didn´t know that. there´s a “hide tag” option but it´s not working in a way that tags are gone!

  ok i have to reduce the number of tags to make the article picture more visible!

  Cheers and would never in a million years reduce tags for that reason on my blogs at all.
