Why is the domain mapping still active?

    Hi.

I bought my domain a year and a half ago through Weebly. In January, I mapped it to wordpress. I purchased the domain mapping. Today, I cancelled the domain mapping and changed the setting on my domain registrar so I could use it on a different blog on a different provider.

It worked for a couple of hours, but now, it shows this message:

“Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.”

If I already cancelled it, and my domain was not bought through WordPress, why does this still happen? Help please

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll need to change the nameserver (NS) records and point these to your new hosting.

If you don’t see any change yet, please try clearing out your cache.

Well, I started by doing that, changing all the info on my domain host. And I’ve cleared the cache and cookies a lot of times. And I’ve used several browsers.

And yet, sometimes when I’m trying to access a blog post on the new page, it redirects me to a wordpress error page.

Note that I have already shut down any connection of my domain to the wordpress page I had.

What else can I do? Please help. :)

I took a look and everything is working properly. Note that DNS changes might take up to 72 hours before they are fully propagated.
