Why is the Eventbrite Calender/listing widget not connecting to Eventbrite?

I follow the process as outlined here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/eventbrite-event-calendarlisting-widget/ then hit save and then it directs me back to the WP widget page and nothing has changed…
I’m also having a similar problem with the Twitter Timeline, I add the widget Id from Twitter, hit save and it disappears…
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ve got the Twitter Timeline working, the code is the long number in the url – not the code that Twitter gives you, but still not Eventbrite…

When you are taken back to the empty widget, do you see the following (except with the email address you’ve affiliated with Eventbrite)?:

Ok, thanks for letting me know about that. I have notified our developers of this issue. I will let you know when they have a solution for you.
I know it’s not a perfect situation, but in the meantime, you can add a widget that sends your site’s visitors to your Eventbrite page so they can view your calendar/purchase tickets, etc.
