why is the facebook like widget showing only 5 faces?

  I have set up the widget to my FB page and I already have 20 likes. The widget is set to have 4 columns and 2 rows but will always show 5 faces. If I refresh my WP blog it shows again 5 (different) faces. In total I get to see at least more than 12 (but always 5 at a time), which means they don’t have specific FB privacy settings, but I never get the 8 spaces filled with faces.
  It always shows 5: 4 on first row and 1 in second row.

  I already did a lot of researching both inside and outside of WP and cannot find an answer (beyond working with code which is not available at wordpress.com). HELP!
