Why is the Font missing from CSS?

Why is the font missing from CSS? This theme has the Font selection, however, for some strange reason, it is missing. What must have happened?

Another thing which I noticed is that, there has been quite a few changes on the widget that has taken place. I have not done anything on this blog since January of this year. So what happened? Has someone tampered with it?
