Why is the ‘FREE’ domain for the first year fee applied when I’m asking for a refund?

    Hello. I can’t believe wordpress had actually subtracted the ‘FREE’ domain for the first year from the total refund amount. Why is this case? Why didn’t they tell me that they will apply this penalty if I ask for a refund? You should be transparent and clear in your purchase customor guidelines.

    I am not sure why that happened. But I have processed the rest of that refund for you now. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
