Why is the Guided Transfer not available for my blog?

  I want to purchase a guided transfer for my blog to move it to wordpress.org, but seem to be unable to select it in the store. It says “Upgrade Unavailable” in the menu.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  The Guided Transfer upgrade is unavailable when you have custom fonts enabled on your blog. If you navigate to Appearance -> Customize -> Fonts and click the small “x” next to your custom fonts, the upgrade should become available.
