Hi there,
Colinear is designed to adapt based on the size of the screen it’s being viewed on and, as part of that design, the header will be resized to fit smaller devices. Custom headers that work best are therefore more flexible, decorative or abstract, so they can handle being resized.
Instead of using a custom header that has text included as part of the image, I recommend making your site title visible. The theme has more control over the way text is displayed on mobile devices than text that’s part of an image.
To make your title visible: Navigate to the Site Identity panel of the WordPress.com Customizer and check the option next to Display Site Title and Tagline.
Let me know if that’s helpful.

Thankyou very much for your answer
Yes it was helpfulI would like to know if we can customize the way the site title appears – the font and the color ?
At the moment it is in a plain black

To change the site title’s font, go into the Customizer’s Fonts panel and select a different font under Headings. I see you’ve already done that, so are you all set?
To change the colour, you’ll need to add some custom CSS.
.site-title { color: #bb00bb; }Change the colour code to anything you like using a colour-picker tool like http://www.colorpicker.com/
Custom CSS is available with the Premium or Business plans.
You can test out the custom CSS above by opening the Custom Design panel in the Customizer and clicking “Try now.” You’ll then see a new CSS panel in the Customizer where you can add the CSS I gave you above to preview what the change would look like with the change.
Let me know how it goes.

Thankyou
the font that I choose (Lora) in this case is the same that is being applied to the header title also. Is there any way I can have different fonts for the header and the headings of the posts -
It’s possible to add two different fonts to your site in addition to the theme’s default font (Lora) via the Customizer’s fonts panel. Those three fonts can be mixed-and-matched using custom CSS, if you opted for a Premium or Business plan.
In addition to these three fonts, t’s also possible to use a system font that people would have already installed on their computer — for example, Verdana. So you could add something like this to define a system font for the site title:
.wf-active .site-title { font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; }This would also require custom CSS.

No, Custom CSS is available with the Premium or Business plans, bundled with other features.
