Why is the new full screen mode locking up the browser and bombing out?

  Have you seen this yet? In the new full screen mode, we were supposed to be able to create and just concentrate on our writing, but it is proving to be a huge distraction when it malfunctions.

  Is there a setting I need to change? Or is there a bug that needs attention?

  Hm, this is the first time I’ve heard about that since we launched the feature almost a month ago.

  Which browser (and version of) are you using?

  Using Chrome, version 12.0.742.91

  Several times this afternoon. Changes would lag and then the browser would just freeze up. First I selected “Wait” when Chrome asked me to decide to kill or wait. But nothing would happen, so I closed the tab and simply used the regular editing window.

  I can’t seem to reproduce the problem under my copy of Chrome 12.

  Are you running any add-ons?

  Can you reproduce the problem in an incognito window?
