Why is the new URL not working?

  I tried to recycle an old URL from a deleted file and use it for a new file, and it doesn’t work now. I deleted a picture with the following url ( http://ninageorgieva.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/shaker-pack-unofficial.jpg ) and wanted to put a new picture with that url. But after I did that, the URL is not working, says file not found.

  Since this URL has already been shared and there are people telling me my link is broken, I really need to fix this URL as soon as possible, so any help would be appreciated.

  I’m sorry, but it’s not possible to reuse the URL of a file that’s been deleted.
