Why is the publicize feature not working with Facebook anymore?

  I used to just publicize through Facebook, and that worked fine. Then I added Twitter, and after that, WordPress started asking me to link to Facebook to allow the connection every single time I wanted to publish a new post. Even then, nothing appeared on my Facebook profile. I tried removing Twitter from my publicize thing, but no luck.
