Why is the sub-domain not working?

Set up a sub-domain for our blog. The main site is with BigCommerce and I spoke with their support to be sure I had good directions and was told “yes”. I added a CNAME and purchased the upgrade from WordPress. Now I cannot get into our main site, either on the web or to our admin area. Please let me know what I need to do to get this resolved.

After looking into your site, http://blog.buchananfamilyjewelry.com/, I found that it was up and running properly. Sometimes, it takes some time to propagate. If you find that you are still having issues viewing the site, please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below.

Thank you. I contacted our host, BigCommerce, and they assisted. Although the tech said that I had correctly entered the new DNS CNAME info, there seems to have been a glitch. The BC tech erased and re-entered the info, and the issue was resolved. Thanks again.
