Why is the type in my blog bold type?

This just happened yesterday and I have no idea why. All of the type in my blog is bold type. I have cleared cashe and cookies as suggested and I have even gone through each post individually to see if I clicked on the bold icon by mistake. I don’t know what else to do. It’s as if there is some sort of glitch in my template maybe? Please help!

@TT: The auto-correct option won’t change things, because the problem is in a text widget.
@sheilabryanna: This is happening because you’re missing a closing “strong” tag in the widget “This & That”, so all the content from that point one becomes bold. Edit the widget and paste this at the end:
